Our promise

"First order, if your team doesn't like it, full refund, no questions asked."

We are a young brand and we know you have not heard our name yet. So on your first order, the risk is ours. If you or your team do not like the taste, message us on WhatsApp and we refund the full amount. No forms, no arguments.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the same payment method you used, within 7 working days of our confirmation on WhatsApp.

Shipping and delivery

• We confirm delivery availability, charges (if any), and timelines for your city on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Orders within Ahmedabad are typically the fastest. For other cities, we share the expected timeline when you order.
• Bulk, corporate, and wedding orders are scheduled to your occasion date, agreed in advance on chat.
