• Order details you share with us. When you order on WhatsApp or by phone, you share your name, phone number, delivery address, and your chosen products. We use these only to confirm, pack, and deliver your order.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) may log standard technical information such as your IP address when the site loads. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

What we do with it

• Fulfil and deliver your orders, and respond to your messages.
• Share delivery details with courier partners only as needed to deliver your order.
• Send you offers on WhatsApp only if you have ordered from us or asked to hear from us. Reply "STOP" any time and we will not message you again.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are arranged directly with you on WhatsApp.
